Default Random PC reset

I was just looking at some youtube videos, with steam logged in and msn logged in when the pc randomly resets itself, no warning, no blue screen. What might be the problem? it wasnt even under a big load.

Do you know how to get into event logs? If so, are there any errors listed under the System directory?
