i fixed it, it was the ethernet card being to close to the video card fan, it caused it to overheat

yea i was gonna say heat issues but i didnt know that would happen like that since its usually the proc that overheats.

It could be either a faulty card, or some bad drivers. The nVIDIA 71.xx drivers aren't that good. I would suggest using the 66.93 ones, which are more stable.
