Yep, everything else is fine. I average 130FPS on COH. But I get a bit of lag when playing Oblivion even though I'm getting a good frame rate. I mostly happens in the most graphically intensive areas, and when I'm moving fast and alot of trees, vegetation etc have to be generated. But there shouldn't be lag because even in those situations, I rarely drop below 40-45 FPS.

But what about the lag? It's really annoying!
