Will i notice i big change in speed if i go for RAM that runs at 1600MHz over RAM that runs at 1333MHz? they both have the same timings. is it worth $25?

It's not huge, but there will be a slight difference; it might not be a noticeable one, though.

it depends, in some apps it will do better, and in some it will actually perform worse, its really not worth the extra 25$ as i highly doubt you'll notice any change in performance.
