Unhappy Ram Question! URGENT GOING TO BUY RAM TODAY!

if i buy 2 sticks of 512ram.......is it the same as buying a dual channel kit of 1gb(2x 512)?????

Aslong as they are the same comapny and same type and same speed!! On and its preffered theya re the from the same batch!!

PCModder found that two different company ram's got better results then the same company.

The answer to the original question is yes, but make sure you have/get a mobo that supports dual channel

And make sure you know into which slots to put dual channel..... blue goes with blue...
