Ram opinions.

stepping on a CPU is basically like a newer version of some software

it is updated to addess problems that the cores have

which in return will offer better performance, which will mean better overclocking!
 
Um, IIRC, lower timings are better...therefore, OCZ is slightly better.

I've had many OCZ products. Their rebate program is very lax, but I have ALWAYS, ALWAYS gotten them at some point. I vote OCZ.

Eh.. I would personally go with the G.Skill I have one running in my desktop and have had no problems.
 
ty for that link vampist, really helped alot, and now back to my other question..difference between a i7 D0 Stepping and a regular i7? i hear it helps lower the temp of the cpu.. not sure..and from what other posts in this thread, its supposed to OC better?
