RAM Mhz?

I have OCZ Platinum Revision-2 2048MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz Dual Channel Memory (2 x 1024MB) but when I use CPU-Z it says 400 mhz next to it this is the pic what does it mean?

And an answer would be 400 is the clock speed. dual data pushes it to 800

@ O.P., I have a suggestion, retake that screenshot EXCEPT when the CPU-Z is active, press Alt-PrntScrn instead of just Print Screen. That will allow ONLY the CPU-Z window to be copied. Get rid of the personal information for your own safety.
