Question RAM Identification Problem, Attention all Members, Assist!

How do I discover what type of RAM a board needs, and what type of RAM the actual ram is?

I mean like pin wise, and all that jazz.

Download my good friend, for free, it's called the BelArc Advisor. Download Here

It will tell you almost everything you need to know about your computer.
Use this program to get the model number from the motherboard, and do a google search for the model. You'll find the board, and the specs for it. I'm drawing a blank right now on what program will tell you what type of memory you have.

open the case and remove a stick of your memory, it should have it printed on it, or at least a code which you can google.
at least that is the way i found out my old rams identity.
