ECC is like slow-ass RAM bud, runs at a slower speed to check for memory errors (Error Checking & Correcting (ECC))

Yeah I didn't realize that, don't know too much about computers, that's why I needed help and didn't get the best.

What is the best/fastest ram I can get for my Dell Dimension 3000?

My bad. I totally missed the "ECC Reg" in the 1st post.

The same RAM speed and size will work just get "Non ECC" RAM.
