I was gonna say the same thing as Celegorm.
If your OS is XP, the PC may not see all 4G of RAM (Actually 4G is not there in the first place).

As the number written on the PC Memory label becomes larger, the actual RAM space in the hardware becomes less.

is the 3.50 GB affter my Video RAM 64 MB is taken out or how does this work??
