Yes, the 5300 speed RAM is clocked down. How much loss are you getting? Welll, I don't think you're losing much out of your RAM IMO.

As for CPU, I do belive you need to remove C1E as well.

This is a Dell box if you didn't catch that from the earlier posts... There's no option for C1E in the BIOS.

Any suggestions?
