Default RAM check?

Whats maximun RAM my mother board can support?

O/S: Win200 Pro
System manufacturer: VIA694
System Model: AWRDACPI
BIOS: Phoenix-Award BIOS v6.00PG
Processor: AMD Athlon XP 2200+
Memory: 512 RAM

Other then opening it up is the type of power supply listed some where? I was to upgrade the video card but there are power requirements.

This memory scanner should give you the info you need.

Just run a system scan and it will update with the results.

need more info on the mobo if you want to know the max amount of ram. But try out the crucial link, haven't used it myself but I heard it's good.

As for the psu, no I don't think there is a good way to check without opening the case. Why do you need another way, taking the side of the case off is the easiest and fastest way.
