Ram brand and timing?

To start off with, I build myself a new computer. This is what I got: I picked up 2 sticks of PC3200 512mb each, AMD Athlon 64 3500+, Huge heatsink and fan, 650watt power supply, 6 case fans, MSI K8N Neo4 motherboard and X800Pro-256 video card.
Problem started with not knowing exactly what type of ram I have other than being Samsung PC3200. I got the numbers off the memory chips, but can't find anywhere on the net what the settings are. (like 3-3-3-4 or something?) This is whats on the ram:
Samsung 525
K4H560838E-TCC
ZKA154BJ

Can someone please tell me how to set these?

why do you need to know?

if your computers up and running get cpu-z, it will tell you the timings.
