Default RAM, which is better?

I am a gamer and I am selling my old ram (2x256mb jetram) for a pair of new (2x512mb).

the problem is, which is better the ram here

http://www.take2.co.za/product.php?id=19237

or the ram here?

http://www.take2.co.za/product.php?id=19234

there is also a version with a gaming LED which cost R300 more, why so much?

Thanks,
Edward

Yep first one, and I'm glad you chose Corsair XMS, IMO it's the best ram series out there.
