I saw two 1x GB RAM sticks... they both said next to them "~400 MHz", does this mean they both add 400 and 400 MHz to the processor speed? I'm confused. Or is that just their speed?

Thanks!

Ya thats just the ram frequency that it runs at. You'll want to make sure your motherboard supports that ram though.

Some boards only support say PC3200 and you won't be able to run say PC6400 at the rated speed. Also make sure your buying the correct pin type there's 184pin DDR2 and theres 240pin DDR2. If you buy the wrong pin type it won't fit in the ram slot.
