Default ram

Im looking to add more ram to my hp desktop. will this work?

also how do I get it to actually work. I heard you had to enable it in bios or something

I don't think yu have to enable anything in the BIOS, you just pop in the RAM.

Whats the specs/model for your HP?

most likely it will work, but we need to know what mobo u have to be sure.

and just insert the ram in the slot and it should start working, no need to anything in the bios.

Make sure your motherboard is DDR, not DDR2, and make sure your motherboard will support PC3200/DDR400
