hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii every body, i was agen wonderin if anyone can help my computer had 128mb of RAM but it was to slow so i was told that buyin a RAM upgrade would help so i did and i bought a 256mb RAM upgrade and i got the company to install it 4 me. but my computer still only has 128mb of RAM what went wrong and is there anything i can do to change it without payin any more money ???

Probably the companies mistake... you should contact them and demand a full refund. Most computers detect correct ram amounts but sometimes not bus speeds... but this isn't your problem.

complain they havn't given you 256 they probs get a 128 stick my mistake.

Installing RAM is quite possibly the simplest hardware upgrade there is. You shouldn't have any trouble at all doing it yourself, best way to make it free...and you said they upgraded TO 256, or put a 256 into another slot?
