RAID Suggestions

My current PC Setup is 2x WD 500GB hardrives in RAID0 and 1x WD 1TB Drive on it's own. I'll be reinstalling windows soon and was wondering would i get similar performance if i put my 3x drives into RAID10 (But with the added benefit of data redundancy)?

you might see a slight improvement, I would suggest selling one of your drives and buy a 64gb solid state drive and install the OS on there and your programs on your other drives. You will see a huge speed improvement with a SSD drive
