RAID help

I have a 200 GB SATA HD and a 40 GB IDE HD. Is it possible to configure a RAID Configuration with these mixed controllers?

no, 1 because of the sata and ide difference and 2 because the drives need to be the same size

I'd just have one as your master drive and one as a slave. Don't worry about raid because you can't do it
