quickpad vs pocket pc

I need some kind of portable word processor, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the route to go. I was looking at the quickpad, and they seem interesting since they have a built in keyboard. It seems that the quickpad has everything I need. But the pocket pc seems to be alot more versatile, even if I have to put up with buying another keyboard for it. Normally price would be an issue, but unless I'm mistaken, I can get iPAQ for about the same price as a quickpad IR on ebay.
Does anyone know anything on this subject?
Thanks.

Those quick pads look neat. I doubt I'll get on, but I might read up on it :)

Anyway, from what I can tell, PDAs are MUCH MUCH more versatile. Take mine, for example. I can get online with it, play MP3s, edit and view pictures, play games(GOOD 3D games, BTW) and of course type and make spread sheets. There are also powerpoint programs for it.

If you want lots of programs, look into a Palm based one. They are tipically weaker, but there are many more programs out there. Same goes for battery life. Mine lasts about 5 hours, where older palms would last weeks.
