Quick mobo/video card/monitor compatibility question

I'm looking at getting a Matrox 3-head video card for a 3-monitor setup that I'm building. However, I havent been paying attention to much computer hardware recently, and I'm a little foggy on current AGP standards and such.

I'm looking at the ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe Socket 478 Intel 875P ATX Intel Motherboard (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16813131464) and the Matrox Parhelia 128MB Video Card (http://matrox.com/mga/products/parhelia/128mb.cfm).

The Matrox site says "Supported only on motherboards with a 1.5v or 0.8v AGP slot. AGP 1x and 2x not supported on motherboards with a 3.3v AGP slot."

Would this motherboard support this card?

Thanks!

*edit*

Now looking at the specific video card specs, I have another question :p

http://matrox.com/mga/products/parhelia/home.cfm

That says the card supports RGB on the left and right displays, and DVI on the center. I'm not very informed on monitors(i use an older CRT; it gets the job done); would the RGB/DVI have any affect on what type of moniter I would be able to use? I'm looking at this moniter: http://www.newegg.com/ProductSort/Category.asp?Category=19 (3 of them of course). In my mind, RGB = the older, typically blue, moniter connectors, and DVI is the newer, bigger, typically white monitor connectors. Is this right? And if the monitor only has a DVI connector, would it be possible to use one of the adapters they make for the connectors?

Thanks so much to everyone for reading :)

According to the specifications, that card should work with that motherboard. As for the DVI, I couldn't tell you if the monitor would work because the link sent me to a list of monitors. But DVI is digital and RGB (the blue plug) is analog. There are DVI to RGB converters and vice versa, but digital is obviously better. Sharper picture, better quality, et cetera. Just check the specs of the monitor you want to see if it has DVI or D-Sub (the blue RGB).
