Quick help....Ram comparison.

I would appreciate if someone would just let me know on which of these choices is better.

1 stick of 1gig ddr2 ram running at 300mhz

OR

2 sticks of 512 ddr ram running at 333mhz each.

but in all seriousness

that is about 10 years old tech, maybe more?
I think its time to upgrade.

EX: no offense, but my current ram is almost 4X's as fast @ 1100Mhz
