Default Questions on overclocking

I am trying to overclock my CPU but have a few questions first. I went into my BIOS and Im not quite sure what to change. I have some pics and if somebody could help me I would really appreciate it.

This is the CPU, Motherboard, and memory I have.

Here are some pics of what I see in my BIOS.

Which one of these do I alter? I have an idea but I dont want to do it wrong.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Default Re: Questions on overclocking

Looks like you just have the CPU frequency. Up that by small increment for the CPU.
