question on RAM

i bought a dual channel kit, 1GB of value select ram from corsair, would it do me any good to get the same dual channel kit for the remaining two ram slots? or should i get different ram. i'm thinking of adding more ram primarily because of the impending vista OS and secondly.. if i shouldnt get another value kit can someone point me in the right direction for other ram? my mobo can support up to 4gb ram.

Just get the value RAM. IF you get the better RAM, it will just get clocked down to the value RAMS timmings and such anyway.

yeh but if i were u i would get just 2x1gb of dual channel becasue taht would perform really fast and i think using 4 cards has to run diff or somtin like that...idk much bout that though.......gl
