Lightbulb Question on processor compatibilities

Hello, I have a question on which processor i can use to replace a Pentium III. I know i can go up to a Pentium 4, but i was wondering if the new Intel Core Duo processor would be compatible with my mother board.

I researched the Dell OPTIPLEX GX150 and i couldnt find the name of the MOBO. All the information that it gives me is that the bus speed is 133 MHz and the video output interface is AGP 4x. But ill keep looking and see if i can get a name.

EDIT: The only name i got for the motherboard is 2H240. Sorry i cant be more helpful. But i think im just gonna replace the motherboard anyway. It only has a max Ram copacity of 512mb.
