Default question plez help

im campin out at game crazy for the nintendo wii
and where bringing a tv and a 360
and since they have wifi when can get online with a lap top
but my question is
if i get online with my laptop by wifi can i then hook my 360 into the back of my lap tops ethernet port and use that so i can game online?

If it's anything like the xbox, then no. I remember trying to set up a shared internet connection on the old one and I had no luck. You would probably need a router.

Yes, that works, my friend does that, he has a wireless network card, and he just plugs his xbox 360 into the back of his card and bridges the connections.

Alright, I have yet to try but what he said makes sense, since it's supposed to integrate with the PC. Why not give it a shot right now, man? Can you get online and keep your port free?

^Exactly. If you have wireless at home, just test it out. I remember Microsoft made a big deal about how the 360 was gonig to integrate with Windows, so I would assume so.
