Default Question about start up programs in Vista...

Ok I want to take off some of my start-up programs in the bottom right hand corner of my laptop. I know in XP you just click Start>Run>type "msconfig"> Then go to start up and uncheck the programs you DONT want. How can I do the same with my Vista?
