Yes it just passes the requirements if I'm correct, you need 64 megs to atleast run Windows Xp, 128mb should be anough to run and atleast do things with but concider upgrading it to 256mb atleast, also what clock speed is the CPU?

Ok, I have XP on my old laptop, which is 600MHz, 256MB RAM, and a 12GB HDD, and about a 0.5MB GPU lol, it will run it, but when you start putting programs on it, it will start to get boggy, maybe just consider sticking with Windows 2000..

RAM will be your biggest issue. you need the 128MB to install windows, but 256 to run it smoothly. so like Iron said, you'll wanna consider (heck, its almost a must if you put windows on it) adding more RAM. I'm guessing your RAM will be either PC100 or PC133, but you should consult your documents taht came with it to be sure.
