Default Question About Fan Controller

Hey, i have this fan controller that has an alarm go off when my cpu, gpu or case gets to the set temperaturre, then it speeds up a certain fan that i have hooked to either cpu, gpu, or case, can i hook this to the cpu fan?? so when the cpu gets to like 70 C then it will auto speed up the fan to cool it down. Will that be alright???

Default Re: Question About Fan Controller

I'd personally use the motherboard CPU fan connector and some motherboards will speed up and slow down the CPU fan according to the CPU temperature.

I know most ASUS motherboards have Q-FAN which does this.

And it works perfectly on my setup.

Check your motherboards first.
