My dad is having problems uploading pictures to webshots. Firefox keeps saying that the connection to the server was reset. Is this the website having problems or some sort of software on our comp. doing this. We have the firewall disabled, we have both spysweeper, and spybot, and our antivirus is avast. What is our problem?

Is this problem just on Firefox, have you tried any other browser?

It may actually be the server, but yeah, try a different browser.
