emachines is a proprietary unit. You will have to get an exact replacement or rework all the case wires to fit the new boardYou would be better off buying a new case and an motherboard to fit that case and then use the addon stuff from the emachine.

Get a new computer. Nothing is good for emachines, the company itself sucks. The truth is, emachine cases/towers are custom, so you won't be able to find a motherboard that will do the job. Just buy a new one.
