Never used it, but only heard great things about it, though it's pretty expensive for a psu.

All of the PSU's that the other posters mentioned will work with that card, it's up to you to decide which one you want. I bought that exact Rosewill PSU and it's great FYI.
thats good to hear, beacuse i read these horror stories on newegg, about the PSU frying Mobos.. and all of that stuff...then i think, they are probably putting too much wattage on their PSU and don't know what they are doing...then i think wait, i don't know what i am doing for the most part... haha.

I was in the same boat as you, the most I ever upgraded was my RAM or my video card, but it was actually a very simple process, just a matter of unscrewing and unplugging the old PSU and plugging in the new one where the old one was.
well i am getting a new case, because my room gets hott, and i don't know the cpu to run hott...so i will have to switch over everything the Mobo, cd-rom, and then put the psu in it...
i'm going to try to get keep everything in the mobo pluged in, expect of course the PSU...and just unplugg the cd-rom from the mobo, not the mobo to the cd-rom...because i don't know where anything goes.. in the mobo. haha
