Question psu, will it work?

I was wondering if my aspire 420 watt, psu would work with teh new components i am ordering? Athlon64 3200+ Venice, Chaintech VNF4/Ultra, and CHAINTECH SE6600G Geforce 6600GT 128MB

you would probably be able to run a 400 if you want... but a 420 works just as good... shouldnt have any problems!
