Default PSU Upgrade

I have a Raidmax 630. Looking at two possible upgrades corsair 600cx or tx650 both by corsair. which do you perfer

The CX and TX series are too much alike. ether one will get the job done just fine.
The only real difference is that the CX series are semi modular, and the 2 series have different Watt versions.

I'll go for the CX600. I personally think that 50W is not enough of a trade with a Semi modular design
