Default PSU recommendations

I have a dell 4400 dimension

Just got some parts from a friends 4400 and here is what i salvaged:
2.6 p4 512/400fsb processor
1gb 2x 512 pc2100 184pin memory
ati radeon 9550 256mb agp4x/8x graphics card

I know there is a website to calculate your power supply but i want personal opinions. Right now my dell has a 250w psu and i know thats not going to be enough.

Any suggestions would be great!

I don't see anything very power hungry there, it should be fine. There's no harm in trying.
