Cud someone shed some light..

I currently have

Asus P6X58D-E board

Intel i7-960 3.2 GHz Quad Core processor

1 x EVGA GTX560ti Graphics card
1 x ASUS GTX560ti Graphics card

4 x 4GB Corsair Vengeance ram(16GB)

Cooling system is ante kuhler h20 620

1x 1tb sata drive

1x 80gb sata ssd

2 x 120 mm fans
5 x 80mm fans

And I was running it on a alpha power ATX-850l PSU until today when it went pooooof lol.

Need a new PSU... Any recommendations

Thanks for looking

:)

Go for 1k watt psu, btw, are your graphic cards connect to each other with a sli band? It would definitely help reducing the load on the motherboard.

1kw is over kill by a long shot. A flakey psu is no reason to go overboard on it's replacement. I use the Corsair AX850. It has 70 amps on the 12 volt rail which is plenty for most systems.
