Alright, thanks for the advice. I'll stick with the 520W PowerStream. But the problem is, it was still restarting even before I began overclocking, I think all the voltage settings in my BIOS were set to "AUTO". If I remember right, it was at 1.4-1.45V@2400MHz before I started overclocking...I'll try the voltages out at 1.55V to see if it's more stable. And just to answer some of the more detailed questions: I do indeed have a SD model rather than a Venice, I have air cooling (AC Freezer 64 Pro), and I've tried numerous FSB*multiplier combinations, currently I'm at 311*9 so I could get the RAM MHz up. I couldn't get anything below a 9x multiplier to bring up a windows loading screen no matter how much I messed with the FSB & voltages.
