PSU how to find out

How can I tell how many watts my psu is? im running a p4 3.2 hg and all with dvd burner ect..... is there like a bench mark program that tells me?

you have to open ur case

Yeah your gonna have to open the case and it'll say somewhere on the PSU, if you're too lazy to open your case which is extremely simple since it usually just means untwisting some screws or unclipping something, then that's too bad.
