PSU finally gave out after 1 year, 1 month

Oh, I think I see the 4 pin power cord in there. I mainly want to get a new motherboard and upgrade the CPU, that's it. The RAM is still good and so are all my drives.
But you know what though? I don't know if the PSU failure affected any of the other components. I don't smell any buring from the other parts, just the PSU. I will see once I get the PSU connected. If it doesn't work, I will RMA the PSU and if that fails again, then I know it's the additional hardware that got shorted out. Then I'll have to worry about the additional cost to replace everything.
