PSU brands

So yeah, does it matter what brand the PSU is or will any brand do. Obviously the wattage matters but does the brand? thanks, xen

Brand DOES matter. But it doesnt matter as much as the OEM for that company.

I've had experience with power supplies and from what I've seen, brand doesn't really matter too much. But getting a cheap PSU will make a difference than buying a more expensive model.

Wattage can be very deciving, you need to check the amperage on the +12v rails they should be 18A or higher, amps are where your power comes from not watts
