Default Psu

My power supply unit just overheated. I have (had) a Cooler Master ATX12V 380W Peak. Now i need recommendations for a new PSU that is relatively cheap and not too noisy. Thanks!

What components? Do you overclock? Does modular/non-modular matter to you?

Yes.

Non-modular PSUs have all the connectors soldered to the PSU's PCB. With modular PSUs, you can remove the cables you aren't using (= less clutter). Modular is obviously more expensive.

The Antec is more efficient, 80% efficiency vs 70% efficiency.
