Default PSP vs Portable Digitale media player

I mainly want the psp to play movies. What would be a better choice?

I've heard tons of reports that the PSP's plastic shell is so poorly made, that it only lasts about 15 hours of gameplay. The internal stuff is good, but the plastic is really flimsy.

Yeah I have heard many times the design is the biggest flaw. Still it's your money and if it does break or something there's always the warrant.

Well, it's not the design, but the quality of the material.

Yeah, the PSP itself has the right substance, but the material it's made of, sucks.

That article is bull on the iPod!

12 hours of battery, that's a JOKE! After that I don't even know if i can trust the rest of the information on that page.
