Unhappy ps2 on pc

i want to play gran turismo 4 on my pc, but it only comes on ps2. i've tried a few ps2 emulators (including psx2), but they don't load the game. I have a tv card, but the quality is terrible, even with deinterlace on.

is there another way i could play gt4 on my pc or does anyone know good quality tv card?
