You'd get significant improvement over your 2900. Bigtime! More so if you Crossfire but even one 4850 is a great setup!

if that GTS 250 in your sig is a 1GB then you're right up there with a 4850 anyway, they pretty much trade blows depending on which games you play and at which resolutions...
