Does anyone know of a program that could determine lag?
For instance, I have a PS2 controller hooked up to the PC through a joypad convertor, which is then going into the USB. There is obviously quite a bit of lag.
Now, I'm looking for something that could tell me how much lag in ms, so I can change the program to the exact amount.
Its an IIDX style game, with a beatmania controller, so accuracy is important
