program to sharpen image....thats free

at the moment i have paint....obviously, but i also have seriff photo applications. well that dosent do the job that i need. so unless someone wants me to give them the image that i want sharpended. please give the name or link of a good free pragam that will do the job. thanks.

im pretty sure photoshop elements is free, and its defintly better then mspaint. I think thatll do it.
