does any one know of a program that can burn toast "ISO" file extenions to a CD or harddrive that can run in windows?

First of all, toast and iso are 2 different things. They are both CD images, but they are two different types of CD images. This is like the difference between lets say .iso and .nrg.

Anyway, toast is a Mac OS X specific format. You might be able to burn the files to a CD with Nero or Alcohol 120%, but Windows wouldn't be able to read it because it is made for OS X.
