Default Program removal problem

Hey
wat it is i cannot remove mcafee firewall when i try it says internal error 2715 f1277-hhupd.exe, wat is the problem here, i am sure u ppl can help me out.0

maybe go into your harddrive and delete it there by putting it in the trash.
then go to run>regedit: and erase any of the firewall there so when you reset, the computer will never know that it was ever there.

does that help?

Yes go to Control Panel/Add Remove and "uninstall" the damn thing.
By the way you do have to shut it down first.probably the error.
Make sure you locate it's folder to see whats left to delete after.

Try Runnin Computer In Safe Mode Then Uninstalling it.

Yea it is really annoying cos i cannot install zone alarm until i remove the damin thing.

Sorry best i can do.Now i know why but can't say much more then you havn't learned how to "uninstall" It should never lead to what you report.

Besides just don't use it.

Yeh i wouldnt use it but to install zone alarm i will have to, never mind upgrading soon
