Default Processor question

Will a AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ Processor ADX6000IAA6CZ - 3.0GHz, 1MB Cache, 1000MHz (2000 MT/s) FSB, Windsor, Dual-Core, OEM, Socket AM2, Processor work with my MS-7268 v1.X micro ATX mainboard?

The Athlon 64 X2 6000+ is a socket AM2 CPU. You cannot use a socket AM2 CPU on your socket 939 motherboard.
