Yes, it should work but you might want to look at a better board, such as an ASUS P5Q Pro.

Oh it's all good ^_^ I was just making a computer for my friend for under 300, (I've already ordered it all, just waiting on the case) and just overlooked that Processor, and thought it would be a problem.

that is going to be a little slow i would've skimped on the mobo and went up to an 120 dollar core 2 duo
